This paper presents the important role of civil community within the economy market in Poland. It also tries to diagnose the role of economy for the civil subjectivity within the conditions of social change in our country. Moreover, it identifies the determinants of the civil subjectivity under conditions of central creation of the market in Poland. Identification of the civil subjectivity is based on the trial to answering the following questions: 1. If there is an imaginary agreement about the political and economical system in our society after the 1989 year? 2. If there is asymmetry between the expectations level and activity in the civilsphere in Polish society after the 1989 year?
